Unpaid Refund Loan Discharge
Eligibility
You may qualify for a partial unpaid refund loan discharge:
- If your school failed to pay a tuition refund required under federal law if you withdrew during the refund period published by the school.
- Regardless of whether the school is open or closed.
How to apply
If the school that you believe owes you a refund is currently open, you should first contact the school to resolve this issue before applying.
