Unauthorized Signature/Payment Loan Discharge

Eligibility

You may qualify if your school took one of the following actions without your authorization:

Signed your name on the loan application or promissory note and you did not attend class.
Endorsed your loan check, or signed your authorization for electronic funds transfer or master check, and did not give you the loan proceeds or apply them to charges you owed the school.
