False Certification of Ability to Benefit Loan Discharge
Eligibility
You may qualify if:
- The school that you attended falsely certified your ability to benefit from the education.
False certification of a student's eligibility occurs, for example, if the school failed to test your ability to benefit or conducted testing in an improper manner. A school is required to certify that students who lack a high school diploma or GED have the ability to benefit from the training offered by the institution.
