Eligibility
You may qualify if you're serving on active duty during a war or other military operation/national emergency and you're:
- Serving on qualifying National Guard duty.
- A reservist or retired member of the Armed Forces.
- Any other member of the Armed Forces who has been assigned to a duty station at a location other than the location where you are normally assigned.
