| Correspondence Type | When you'll receive it |

| Monthly Bill | You'll receive a monthly billing statement 20 days prior to your due date if you are in repayment. |
| Interest Bill | If your account is in a period of deferment, forbearance, grace, or in-school and you elected to pay your interest, you will receive an interest bill 20 days prior to your due date. |
| Interest Notice | If you did not agree to pay your interest in advance, you will receive an interest notice 20 days prior to your in-school, grace, deferment, or forbearance period ending. |
| Loan Verification Letter | You'll only receive this letter, if you specifically request it for verification of your student loan debt and loan status. |
